Drakenfruit (Dragon Fruit)

Three dragon fruit stand on a white cloth against pale mint, their flame coloured leaves curling upward. The magenta skins and yellow green tips are painted with evident pleasure. An exotic shape, treated with the same care a Dutch master gave a pear.
