Limoenen (Limes)

A loose scatter of green limes, a few stacked, the rest rolling apart across a pale surface that catches their reflection. The skins are pricked with tiny pores and faint yellow blushes, all held in cool, even light. No symbolism here, only colour and the pleasure of getting that green exactly right.
