Vis (Fish)

A single red sea fish lies on a pale surface, mouth open and gills flushed, a lone opened mussel keeping it company, both softly mirrored below. The wet scales, the filmed eye and the blue-black shell are caught with cool precision. In the old fish-stall tradition, freshness and decay meet in one breath.
